SOOO good!
3 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup diced tomatos - finely diced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (I always use a little more - I like it spicy)
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Mix together, Marinate for 30min to 1 hr. Skewer and grill.
