I like to open one gift on Christmas eve which is usually Christmas pajama's. But this year, I've decided to add another gift for Joshua to unwrap on Christmas eve - a box with a picture of baby Jesus inside. Now, Joshua probably won't really understand this year - but hopefully in years to come it will be a great reminder to us all that the real gift of Christmas is the gift of Jesus.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I've also heard of families serving a birthday cake for Jesus, and I think that's neat, too.
