Pleasant surprise!

I went to the eye doctor today for my annual check-up and I got a very pleasant surprise. My eyes have actually gotten better! We think it's attributed to no longer staring at a computer screen all day like I did in my working days. Wahoo! I knew something was different because I was having a hard time reading and my Dr said it was because my prescription was too strong. Who knew! Anyways, it's the little things in life like these that can really brighten a person's day. I hope you can find something little to brighten your day today too!

SNOW!!

We got a surprise 3-4 inches of snow last night. It's so pretty and Joshua is thrilled!!

I'm a terrible blogger!

What has happened to my blog? Life! Life has happened. Right now, I'm sorry I'm such a horrible blogger...barely blogging and then when I do its about absolutely nothing. I promise one day soon to get back to it. Right now, I'm really distracted by our lives. We continue to go through one of the most amazing times in our lives and it's killing me that I can't share it with everyone yet. We still need to make a very serious decision and are praying like crazy for God's guidance. So in the meantime, the blog suffers. But know, that I'm thinking of all of you!

A Fun Day!

We went to our local science center & zoo earlier this week with Joshua's good friend Zach. Joshua was so sweet with the animals, in fact, he kept sitting down in the poop with them so he could cuddle. Yuck!

Valentine's Swap

I participated in two valentines swaps which were lots of fun. I received such wonderful stuff. The first one was the Sweet Heart Box swap hosted by Maria at The Junkk Drawer. My wonderful partner Lolly made me the prettiest box and filled it will all sorts of wonderful goodies.

My second swap was Hanging Hearts hosted by Sweet Goodness Swaps. My swap partner Christy made the cutest heart decoration and even sent the sweetest little guy for Joshua.

It's my birthday..month!

Since my birthday usually falls on the last day of the month, I always try to take advantage of this short month to celebrate my birthday every day. I mean, geez, isn't that what everyone else is thinking the whole month of February. In households all across America aren't conversations going like this, "Hey Honey, It's February aka Angela's birthday month!"

I've always been drawn to other people who's birthday is in February too. Growing up a lot of my best friends birthday's are also in February so it seriously has always been a very fun month to celebrate. So Happy Birthday to all my dear February Birthday month friends - Melissa, Kristen, Lee, Susan, Sarah, Jennifer!! And to all my other dear friends who unfortunately were born in a different month - you are extra special too - just born in the wrong month!!
